Opening August 7, the Stephen Sommers-directed adaptation stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christopher Eccleston, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Byung Hun Lee, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Ray Park, Said Taghmaoui, Channing Tatum, Marlon Wayans and Dennis Quaid.
In the Stephen Sommers-directed film, an elite military unit comprised of special operatives known as G.I. Joe, operating out of The Pit, takes on an evil organization led by a notorious arms dealer. It opens August 7, 2009.
Though “G.I. Joe” is a generic term for soldiers going back to World War II, producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura swears his summer blockbuster G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra has nothing to do with the modern American military. Di Bonaventura told Entertainment Weekly:

This G.I. Joe has nothing to do with American foreign policy. It’s about a team of skilled operatives fighting an evil organization that’s trying to take over the world. There are no politics in it at all.

Hasbro, whose previous collaboration was the worldwide blockbuster “Transformers,” join forces with Spyglass Entertainment for another extraordinary action-adventure “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.” From the Egyptian desert to deep below the polar ice caps, the elite G.I. Joe team uses the latest in next-generation spy and military equipment to fight the corrupt arms dealer Destro and the growing threat of the mysterious Cobra organization to prevent them from plunging the world into chaos. “G.I. Joe: The

Paramount has just let out a new trailer for their actioner “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra,” starring Dennis Quaid, Channing Tatum, Marlon Wayans, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Rachel Nichols, Sienna Miller, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Said Taghmaoui. Stephen Sommers (“The Mummy,” “The Scorpion King”) helms the film from the screenplay by Stuart Beattie, David Elliot and Paul Lovett. Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Stephen Sommers and Bob Ducsay produce the film. This sees release on August 7th. Check out the official site here – http://www.gijoemovie.com/

The film’s plot follows G.I. JOE (Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity) agents as they battle Cobra – which is led by a Scottish arms dealer.

Transformers 2 : Revenge of Fallen (Movie Preview)

Decepticon forces return to Earth on a mission to take Sam Witwicky prisoner, after the young hero learns the truth about the ancient origins of the Transformers. Joining the mission to protect humankind is Optimus Prime, who forms an alliance with international armies for a second epic battle.

The battle for Earth has ended but the battle for the universe has just begun. After returning to Cybertron, Starscream assumes command of the Decepticons, and has decided to return to Earth with force. The Autobots believing that peace was possible finds out that Megatron’s dead body has been stolen from the US Military by Skorpinox and revives him using his own spark.

Now Megatron is back seeking revenge and with Starscream and more Decepticon reinforcements on the way, the Autobots with reinforcements of their own, may have more to deal with more than meets the eye cos fate rarely calls upon us at the moment of our choosing.

Are you one of the millions of individuals who are looking for information to convince your friendly lender to approve your do it yourself loan modification. Not every individual who applies for such loan workout programs does get finally approved. This makes it very essential for all to understand and unravel the 7 most common mistakes to avoid while submitting your proposal -
Mistake #1: Applying with your lender prior to knowing the way the entire system works and unaware of lender’s requirements in order to approve your application.
Mistake #2: Paying huge sums of money as upfront charges to your loan modification company before establishing its credentials and loss mitigation expertise. Many home loan owners have surrendered thousands of dollars without positive returns, instead of staring with their own do it yourself loan modification application process.
Mistake #3: Time is of essence. Do not end up wasting it by speaking to employees who under the pretext of assisting you end up extracting last dime from your pockets. They actually belong to collections department and will probably never help you in providing an actual loan workout. You need to know the right contact person in order to derive the desired results.
Mistake #4: Unconvincingly written hardship situation advice to your lender will not help your cause. The description should be compelling in order for the lender to empathize with your situation. It is imperative to understand that if you do not convince your bank that you deserve a Loan workout plan due to circumstances which are beyond your personal control, your chances of approval are very minimal.
Mistake #5: Error of Omission – Incomplete information or omitting relevant fields on your application form can be the most common reason for the delay and in some cases even rejection of your proposal. Are you aware that your local bank shall verify all the information provided by you? It is a full disclosure procedure, in which, delays can be avoided by disclosing all your income and debts in totality. There is a method available to ensure that you do not leave or miss anything on your proposal.
Mistake #6: Submitting a Loan Workout proposal which does not meet the criteria or requirements set forth by your lender. Each lender have their own criteria that must be met. In case your criteria does on conform to set criteria of the banks then in all probability your proposal will be declined. Ensure that you know your banks lending guidelines and then complete your loan modification forms. Are you aware of method to gauge your target mortgage payment so it is within your budget and also confirming to lenders guidelines for approval?
Mistake #7: Not providing bank with the entire loan modification package that includes all forms and documents needed for their review. Remember, your lender has thousands of borrowers like you who need similar assistance.

Do know what happens to the package when items are missing or incomplete and cannot be further processed? It is brushed aside and relegated to the bottom of the pile-there disappears your chance for a possible loan workout program.

Success of do it yourself loan modification depends on you following the 7 most common mistakes to avoid in totality. Are you aware of right method of saving your family’s home? Research, learn and prepare yourself a professional, acceptable and complete loan workout proposal. So whenever you get in touch with your bank know the right approach to adopt. Remember, to take your chances – help is round the corner, if you are aware of the correct way to get it!
All the assistance you need to prepare your do it yourself loan modification application is available by ordering and downloading ‘Loan Modification Kit’. This guide is easy to comprehend and low cost handbook that will provide you with all the tools and tips needed to prepare a professional and complete loan modification application. This handbook will provide you with all the necessary forms and detailed instructions to complete the procedure correctly. Loan Modification Kit will take you step by step in calculating your personal debt ratios, your financial statements, writing a compelling hardship letter and putting all the pieces of the puzzle together before submitting it to your lender.

A bit of number crunching for Indian Providers at one of the biggest Free Lancing websites oDesk.com has led to some astonishing findings.

This data was collected on 19-January-2009. Published on 23-January-2009.

All the figures are quoted as on that date itself. There were a total of 33,431 providers on odesk who met our basic crtiteria, of which, only 4366 were Indian providers. They constituted about 13.06% of total providers at oDesk. Surprisingly, less than 14% of oDesk Providers are Indians(Indian Providers) .

Basic Criteria:

An Individual provider only are considered.

Provider is oDesk Ready.

Amongst the 4366 Indian providers, which are selected by filtering (based on the location and keyword) only 998 had minimum billed hours on oDesk. We kept the minimum billed hours at oDesk at 1 hour OR $1. This set of providers which had oDesk billing of atleast 1 hour OR $1 were mere 2.99% of the total providers at oDesk.

Basic Criteria:

An Individual provider only are considered.

Provider is oDesk Ready.

Atleast 1 hr or $1 billed at oDesk.

Now comes the most astonishing discovery of this small excercise at oDesk.

The number of Indian oDesk providers who have both experience (of atleast 1 hr or $1) and feedback (Rating of atleast 3 of 5 stars) is surprisingly low at 652.

Basic Criteria:

An Individual provider only are considered.

Provider is oDesk Ready.

Atleast 1 hr or $1 billed at oDesk.

Feedback Score of atleast 3 Stars(out of 5 Stars)

Only 652 Indian Providers are experienced and have reasonable feedback scores. So Buyers, rush and book those guys for the rest of the year before they are engaged in others (read your rival’s) long term projects.

A comparision of various Equity Linked Savings Schemes (ELSS) is made to check for its performance, in what has been one of the toughest years for most equity schemes in the Indian Mutual Fund Industry. ELSS schemes, considered the darling for most retail investors and advisors are maily used as Tax Saving Instrument under Section 80/C. These schemes provided astronomical returns for a majority of last 5 yrs beating other products available for tax planning purpose under the 80/c section.

Baring Gold ETF(Gold Exchange Traded Fund) and some debt scheme most of the schemes have given negligible or negative returns to most of the investors. The ELSS schemes have let down many of its staunchest believers, who considered the lock-in period (3 yrs) available to the Fund Manager, as sufficient for enough for expecting higher returns.
